1. Seller's Identity
The website www.febronie.com (hereinafter the “Site”) is published by:

Hereinafter referred to as "FEBRONIE" or "the Seller".
2. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all product sales concluded between FEBRONIE and any adult individual or legal entity (hereinafter "the Client") making a purchase on the Site.
The products are intended exclusively for personal, non-professional use.
Any order placed on the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
3. Products
FEBRONIE offers for sale household linen items: bed linen, table linen, textile decoration, foutas, towels, cushion covers and related products.
Each product is presented on the Site with a descriptive sheet and photographs that are as accurate as possible.
However, variations may exist, particularly due to screen settings or shooting conditions. These differences cannot be considered as defects in conformity.
The presentation elements (texts, photographs, graphics) have no contractual value.
4. Order
Orders are placed exclusively on the Site.
The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the order (contact details, delivery address, contact information).
The order process includes the following steps:
- Selection of products and adding to cart
- Cart verification
- Acceptance of the GTC
- Secure payment
- Order confirmation by email
FEBRONIE reserves the right to refuse any order in case of an unresolved prior dispute, payment default, or a clearly abnormal order.
5. Product Availability
Products are offered while stocks last.
In case of unavailability of a product after order validation, the Client will be informed as soon as possible and may choose:
- either a full refund of the product concerned,
- or, if applicable, an equivalent product.
The refund will be made within a maximum of fourteen (14) days.
6. Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included.
FEBRONIE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is that in effect at the time of order validation.
Delivery costs are indicated separately during the order process.
Products remain the property of FEBRONIE until full payment of the price.
7. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card via the secure payment solutions offered on the Site (Shopify Payments and associated providers).
Bank details are encrypted and never stored by FEBRONIE.
The order is considered final after payment validation.
8. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Client during the order.
FEBRONIE delivers to mainland France, including Corsica, as well as to certain European countries, according to the zones specified on the Site. Orders are shipped after payment validation.
Delivery times are indicative from the date of shipment:

Colissimo: 2 to 3 working days (3 to 5 working days for Corsica)

Mondial Relay: 3 to 5 working days (times may be slightly longer for Corsica depending on local service)

Chronopost: 1 to 2 working days (2 to 3 working days for Corsica)
In accordance with articles L.216-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the order will be executed within a maximum of thirty (30) days from its validation.
In accordance with article L.216-4 of the Consumer Code, FEBRONIE remains responsible for the product until its effective delivery to the Client.
The Client is invited to check the condition of the package and items upon receipt and to report any anomaly as soon as possible. The delivery information communicated during the order is the responsibility of the Client.
In case of absence, availability at a relay point or any new presentation by the carrier constitutes delivery.
Delivery costs are indicated during the order.
Delivery is free in mainland France and Corsica for purchases of €39 or more, unless otherwise specified on the Site.
In case of abnormal delay or difficulty related to delivery, the Client is invited to contact customer service at hello@febronie.com so that an investigation can be opened with the carrier.
9. Receipt of Products
Upon receipt of the order, the Client is required to check the condition of the package and products.
Any apparent anomaly (damaged package, missing or damaged product) must be reported as soon as possible to customer service, accompanied by photographs.
10. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Client has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
To exercise this right, the Client must notify their decision by email to hello@febronie.com, indicating their order number.
Products must be returned:
- in their original condition,
- unwashed, unused,
- in their original packaging,
- complete and suitable for resale.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Client, except in the case of a defective or non-conforming product.
11. Refund
In case of a valid withdrawal, the refund for returned products will be made within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the products or proof of shipment.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used during the order.
12. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
In case of a defective or non-conforming product, the Client is invited to contact customer service at hello@febronie.com, including any useful information (photographs, description of the defect).
Return costs will then be covered by FEBRONIE, and the Client may obtain an exchange or a refund in accordance with legal provisions.
13. Legal Guarantees
Products sold benefit from:
- the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code),
- the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
14. Liability
FEBRONIE cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products.
Its liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure or events beyond its control.
15. Personal Data
FEBRONIE collects and processes Client's personal data in accordance with applicable regulations (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
Data is used exclusively for order processing, customer relationship management, and compliance with legal obligations.
The Client has a right to access, rectify, object to, limit, and delete their data, which they can exercise by contacting hello@febronie.com.
16. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, graphics) are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of FEBRONIE.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
17. Applicable Law – Disputes
These GTC are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
18. Consumer Mediation
In accordance with the provisions of articles L.612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Client has the option to resort free of charge to a consumer mediation system for the amicable resolution of a dispute.
FEBRONIE is a member of the Fédération du e-commerce et de la vente à distance (FEVAD), which provides its members with an independent mediation service, approved by public authorities.
After the Client has first made a written complaint to FEBRONIE that has not been satisfactorily resolved, the mediation service can be seized for any consumer dispute.
